Listen to Him

As I pen this on November 3^rd, the day of our US midterm elections, I do so without knowledge of the results. Early this morning, as I was spending time with the Lord, I read today’s passage from Day By Day, a daily devotional from the late Gwen Shaw. She speaks prophetically in each daily reading. I asked the Lord to speak the words He has for TODAY, not asking for results or to sway Him in any way…I just want to hear what He is saying to me. Here are some takeaways from today’s entry entitled, “The Lord Will Plead My Cause and Restore Me.”

As I began reading this, I was impressed that the Lord was pleading the cause of America and restoring the United States back to Him. Because this devotional speaks in the first person, it is personal, directed to the reader. I sense strongly that this is equally directed to the United States of America, the recipient of such revival seed, prayer, and outpouring. The scripture used comes from Psalm 119:154: …Plead my cause and deliver me; quicken (revive, keep alive, preserve, restore, make whole) me (America) according to Thy Word. Here are the prophetic excerpts from the Father in this devotional to America:

Behold, I long to do something new and wonderful in your life (America). There are things that hold you back…fears and doubts that hinder you. But I want you to step out boldly. Fear nothing! Do not fear what your friends (political parties, religions, foreign nations, etc.) will think, nor what your enemies will say or do. Don’t be intimidated by the mistakes you made yesterday. My hand is still upon you. I have predestined you to be a special vessel unto Me. I love you, and I want to use you. I will plead your cause before your adversaries. They cannot harm you. I will deal with their lies and half-truths.

When I plead your (America’s) cause, I will also grab hold of every arrow Satan shoots at you. I send My Word of encouragement to you; now let it quicken you. Let it revive your spirit and put new courage in your heart and fire in your bones so that you can do all My will.

You don’t need to try to defend yourself. I will defend you. I will plead your cause. I will take over your case. Rejoice, relax, and rest your case in MY hands, and you shall live in the power of My resurrection life and do greater deeds than you have ever done before…because the “day of the Lord” has come and you have come into the Kingdom for such a time as this.

Today marks something very special in the Spirit. Not only is God speaking directly to us; He is speaking to the heart of America, the nation HE birthed 250 years ago. What God begins, He finishes.

I feel that our public declaration to rededicate America back to Him is being answered today with His public declaration to announce afresh that HE is our God, and He will fight this battle.

2024 Prophetic Word from Chuck Pierce

We are in the prophetic time frame of 2025-2027 where the Lord speaks to Israel concerning Sennacherib and his taunts that there is no god like his god, to which Yahweh answered in Isaiah 37:28-31:

But I know your sitting down and your going out and your coming in, and your rage against Me. Because you are raging against Me and your arrogance has come up to My ears, I will put a hook in your nose and My bridle in your mouth, and I will turn you back by the way you came. (Then speaking to Hezekiah)This shall be the sign to you: you are to eat this year (2025) what grows of itself, and in the second year (2026) that which springs from the same, and in the third year (2027) you are to sow AND harvest, and PLANT vineyards AND eat their fruit.

Chuck went on to say:

Aglow, you're going to make it in 2025. You will make it in 2026. But in 2027 you will see an abundance you’ve never experienced (paraphrased).

We are in the moment of this word.

Know His Role and Know Ours

The Lord will be gracious to America and to His remnant. But the accusations and rage against the Almighty have triggered a response. Our position is to remain IN Him, and pray the prayers of agreement of Heaven WITH Him. We leave everything else in His hands. The time has come to plead the cause of righteousness is in His hands, and if we remain IN Him, we will see things come on our behalf, our nation, and Aglow International that we have never seen before. God is GOOD, and there is no other. America will fulfill her divine purpose and destiny. Do not listen to the “Sennacheribs” or the clatter or noise. Listen to Him. He is speaking.
